Grupo Traxión’s challenges
Being a company in constant growth, Grupo Traxión became a multi-company organization which resulted in executing its finances with multiple solutions such as Oracle and SAP with which they had already been working previously, which made it difficult to unify the accounting plan and its philosophy.
In addition, the use of Excel spreadsheets for financial consolidation and reporting began to present inconsistencies, resulting in complicated and inefficient reports which led to a lack of visibility for senior management.
